Never ever choose the Topiwala Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML) They send sub standard third party vehicles instead of the vehicles they show on their website. They sent me a horrible truck, delayed my luggage by 4 days and delayed my car delivery by 12 days. They ruined my fridge & broke 2 paintings. You will have to break your head trying to get through to their customer service & they will not honour any claims. They damaged my car & are saying it is covered in the insurance I have taken on my car myself. Most horrible and rude customer service staff who really have no intentions of helping you. Choose anybody but APML if you want piece of mind.

**Terrible Service and Misleading Promises - Avoid Agarwal Movers and Packers!**

I had a very disappointing experience with Agarwal Movers and Packers. I booked a consignment from Tinsukia to Navi Mumbai, and the representative assured me that it would reach its destination within 2 weeks. However, even after 2 weeks, the consignment hasn't even traveled one-fifth of the distance!

When I reached out to their customer care, it was a nightmare. They were completely clueless about the status of my consignment and were unable to give me any commitment on when it would be delivered—some even suggested it might take over 2 months!

Their website is misleading, showing inaccurate information, and their customer service is a joke. They kept putting me on hold, never called back, and after waiting for 8-10 minutes each time, I ended up disconnecting out of sheer frustration.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against using Agarwal Movers and Packers. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable company!

Highly un-organized, damaged and missing items.

1. Mandatory 100% advance payment - No accountability

2. So many sales people on-ground - None from Customer Service when there is damage

3. Packing guys are hired on daily wage basis just like any other local Mover and Packer, who will give you a long list to declare value with quite a few missing items so you won't get anything when there is damage

4. Insurance is a Fraud, they just don't do it

5. While packing is good, they lost all my TV and Furniture screws

6. Car movement didn't had any issues except there is hardly any update

@agarwalpacker It's very depressing to see dis India filled wid so many cheaters everywhere irrespective of the domain or business. Seems honesty & customer protection is gone out of the window. Recently availed the service of Agarwal Packers & Movers. Fake name & fame. Forget about the charges which is 25 to 30% higher from other service providers. They will not care of your products sand will treat you like animals. Once you pay the entire amount, nobody will pick up your call, ever customer care will put your call on holds for 25-30 mins and later will tell you that i'm sorry that i wotbe able to connect you to the concerned person. Beware of them and better go for other service provider.

Is Agarwal packers and movers hopeless?

It is one of the most pathetic Packers of India. They are existing today only because of their previous name. The present organisation is pathetic.

As I had heard that they were good, keeping their exorbitant price aside I utilized their services as I was shifting my new household furniture from Kolkata to Delhi.

On receiving the items at Delhi I was shocked as all my brand new furniture's were totally destroyed.

At the time of booking they had told me that they'll send it by single truck but after picking up the items they changed it to part load.

It reached Delhi after many days and umpteen phone calls.

For my furniture I sent them many photos, mails and WhatsApp messages but they said that as I had not insured it they are not responsible for any breakages. Later they stopped attending to my calls and blocked my number too.

Its better to utilize any local dealers rather than them.

Pathetic service and attitude of the staff.

Apml have a very bad survey team and site office executives. I called to book a physical survey of my goods before shifting, and was promised multiple times that a surveyor would be visiting my address on a specified time and date. Even after multiple calls the surveyor never came, and stated that he cannot visit because the company doesn’t provide such allowance to its employees. The call center have no answers and doesn’t know the process. Very disappointing experience.

Moving ahead with Agarwal packers is the worst decision of my life. I regret it ever and I will never book them again. I made it very clear about my requirements during quotation itself. I clearly mentioned to them regarding delivery date and invoice date. They promised that my requirements will be fulfilled as I requested. They lifted my luggage on 31-08-2022 and delivered on 15-09-2022 whereas they had supposed to deliver it on 04-09-2022. I called like a mad person to their customer care and each branch managers probably 100 times. Secondly, they asked me to pay 100% during material lifting itself. Later when I received invoice on delivery date they declined to provide me the same mentioning invoice date cannot be changed. If that is the case then why they should demand us to pay 100% money in advance? When I tried to speak to customer care, they spoke with arrogance and rude way and disconnected my call. Additionally, they provided me invoice without digital signing which is against GST law. The invoice they provided is useless to me because my company account department is not ready to accept it. What a tragic situation? I had quotes from other vendors who were ready to ship in half the price and oblige all my requirements. Still I went ahead with Agarwal believing that they are the best in the market but eventually it turned out worst. Quite disappointing and worst customer service ever I come across. I pity that many people believe them as the best but in reality it is not.

The APML is worst and pathetic movers. It took them 18 days to transfer 2 packets and 1 scooty from Bangalore to Delhi within India and after reaching Delhi the delivery took 5 days within Delhi. Every time I called customer service they say by tomorrow it will be delivered but that tomorrow never came for them. They told that you will get delay compensation, but that also I never received.

Please everyone who so ever read this, please don't use APML service, others are far better. They have worse people, and service is the worst.

Worst experience ever. We were to move from Bangalore to Gurgaon on 4th April. Packers came at 11:30am, they were suppose to come at 10am. That's also ok that they came late, the worst part is the packing material didn't arrive till 3pm. And that too after calling you many people it happened. If they had come at 10am along with packing material, the packing could have been finished by 6pm.

The packing continued till 10pm and that too because we requested them to stay and try and finish and we ordered dinner for the 6 of them. Even paid for their taxi back to their accomodation. And then they are expecting bakshish. Even though the packing isn't finished. They were suppose to come next day to finish the packing and load.

Now next day. They arrived early, around 9am to our pleasant surprise but guess what the truck didn't show up until 4pm. Whereas they promised us truck will reach by 11am. And then again they sent us 20ft container whereas we paid for 24ft container. When I called the dispatch guy he is yelling and shouting at me that our luggage will fit in the 20ft. And he's done 1000 moves. To that i said but we paid for 24ft so why are you short changing me. He said this is it, take it or leave it.

Anyways the packers somehow managed to fit all our luggage into the 20ft container. I felt bad to have paid for 24ft container but was happy that we will get all our stuff.

Anyways the truck leaves at 8:30pm. So far I'm thinking they messed up here i hope they will take care of it in Gurgaon. But no, the truck driver reached at 11am but there was no one to unload the truck. I had to call the customer service to get the local guy's number to get then to send the team to unload the truck. The team arrived in 4 hours. And they weren't done till 9pm. Imagine my day at both the locations for packing, loading and unloading. Whole day wasted. And the worst part is nobody is taking responsibility or ownership, they keep saying my job is done you please call up customer service to get the local guy's number. Everybody is just passing the buck. God only knows how this company is even doing what they are doing. WORST EVER PACKERS AND MOVERS. NEVER EVER WILL I GO WITH APML.

They will charge premium, damage your goods, better select the local packer and take additional insurance. They use same local labor, everyone should be aware they are not giving any better service, they take advance money, later you may not able to do anything, they will not respond, they have staff with limited knowledge and may make fun of your situation. Very very bad experience, had I know this i would have never opted for them, take inform decision, don't get into the trap

I booked a direct delivery with them and they promised to deliver in a day or two and they delivered after two weeks!!!. No one takes the responsibility and if we raise our voice due to frustration, they simply cut the call. Even the tracking link was shared to me only day before it arrived. Later came to know that they were cheating me by waiting for a shared delivery with other customers but charging me premium for direct delivery. Also, if you dont know hindi stay away from them. None of their staff speak any language other than hindi. There are so many things wrong with this company.

We had a movement from Thane to Bangalore. They first booked a survey. One person came gave estimated amount also he promised Agarwal will be take responsibility to arrange carpenter for wardrobe and cupboard dismantling. On the day I almost struggled for 2 hours continuously calling many people and once I said I am going to cancel the movement then he arranged carpenter.

He said warehouse charges will apply after 10 days. When my shipment arrived and asked them to deliver it after 3 days, they said you have to pay storage charges otherwise we will not deliver. We paid and closed this point also.

As we were busy with the carpenter issue, they did very poor packaging. My microwave got completely damaged, and many crockeries got broken.

AT the very start we said name on the bill needs to be changed. That person said don't worry that will be done after delivery. But now when we are asking for changed bill, they are simply denying saying can't be done as we have to change at multiple places. They are nothing other than cheaters. Playing with customer money. No one is ready to take any responsibility.

Very pathetic service

I transported my bike from Vadodara to Bangalore and I faced following issues

- Price paid is higher. I got quotation of 5200 still have paid 7000 Rs. due to its reputation but, my money gone in vein.

- Front brake and all the side lights are broken which cost me 1400 rs including mechanic cost in Bangalore but, they Denied to give compensation

- delayed delivery. It took almost 12 days to reach to Bangalore.

Better to find local packers and movers rather than go by name.
